A former member of the Canadian Volleyball Team, Sue brings with her a special municipal sector savvy from her former career at the City of Ottawa. She understands people, communities and really gets the big picture! Sue’s life experience in communications and marketing, development, private business and charitable work helps her truly understand needs and wants of homebuyers and sellers. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), nothing is left to chance.
Integrity and trust are central to Sue. Like a true National Team player careful planning, preparation, strategy and results-driven performance are paramount. Sue and her team offers a refreshing, award-winning and client-centered approach.
Shandeigh is recognized for her motivation and passion, supported by a proven track record of performance and advancement. She is highly adept at problem-solving, streamlining business operations, and delivering a high level of professional service that leads to strong client relationships and positive outcomes. With a university background in Psychology and experience in community service, administration, and office management, Shandeigh brings expertise, integrity, and enthusiasm to her work. Her love for real estate grew naturally from watching, and helping, her mother as she built a successful career as a Realtor.
Outside of her professional life, Shandeigh’s world revolves around her three energetic boys, ages 10, 8 and 4, all of whom play hockey. Much of her time is spent in rinks across the city, cheering from the stands, tying skates, and building the kind of patience, teamwork, and resilience that carry over into everything she does. She is deeply passionate about giving back to her community, a value that shapes both her personal life and the way she approaches her work with care, empathy, and intention.
An exceptional attention to detail is one of Ghalia Bustami’s best qualities! Combined with her passion and persistence, she ensures outstanding representation and service to clients. Ghalia specializes in residential, condominium and multi-family transactions, as well as property management, and has a deep understanding of the Ottawa marketplace through her boutique company, Vibe Property Management.
For Ghalia, honesty and integrity are paramount to her business. Ghalia hails from beautiful Jordan where she has a generational background in business. Her family resides in Old Ottawa South where her husband and three boys keep her running; negotiation is clearly her specialty! I am proud to be associated with Ghalia Bustami!
